Responsibilities

  • Author written study phase reports, bioanalytical reports, study plans, status reports, SOPs and other required documentation.
  • Review all study documentation (contracts, protocols, quotes, requisition forms, emails, etc.) and file and update documents and database to ensure all requirements are captured.
  • Communicate study requirements to pertinent functional groups.
  • Provide customer and sales support including status updates, request and inquiries.
  • Participate and at times lead customer teleconferences and internal meetings.
  • Ensure all study-related information (testing, reporting, special requirements, etc.) and special requirements are captured and correctly documented in MRBM's LIMS system.
  • Ensure all study requirements including timelines, sample and testing specifications, and data reporting requirements are met.
  • Evaluation and mitigation of potential issues, referring them to the Project Manger if necessary.
  • Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by supervisor.

Qualifications
  • BS degree. Science-related field, preferred. Experience in project management in a clinical laboratory setting a plus or equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize job duties in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Detail orientated.
  • Superior communication and organization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
  • Superior time management and planning skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and technical writing skills.
  • Experience with MS Office applications.
  • Lifting Requirements - light work or exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently.
  • Physical Requirements - stationary positioning, moving, operating, ascending/descending, communicating, observing, pushing or pulling and reaching. Use of equipment and tools necessary to perform essential job functions.
