Job Description



The OnCore Coordinator within LKSOM Clinical Research Administration manages training and completes administrative tasks within the OnCore Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).

Responsibilities include: implementing and providing support of all components of the OnCore CTMS; managing user account set-up; back up for creating clinical trial calendars from clinical research trial protocols; assisting with updating information related to protocols, subjects or financial matters; input protocol shell, provide training along with developing and maintaining guidance materials on the CTMS; In addition, the Coordinator assists with running reports, standard or customized as requested; develops relationships with key staff in relevant Hospital and University departments to implement Temple University's objectives and processes regarding OnCore. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree and at least one year of related clinical research experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Required Skills and Abilities:
*Demonstrated computer skills and proficiency with MS Office Suite software programs and excel.
*Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
*Exceptional interpersonal skills, along with the ability to interact with a diverse constituent population.
*Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team environment.
*Strong organization and prioritization skills, along with the ability to concurrently manage multiple tasks.
*Demonstrated ability to be task and detail oriented.
*Ability to travel to off-site locations for training sessions, as needed.

Preferred:
*Experience with On-Core CTMS strongly preferred.

This position is temporarily assigned a hybrid work arrangement (on-campus and remote), the duration of this hybrid work arrangement is at the discretion of Temple University and the Department.
